Every package includes a documented checklist built at the walkthrough, a photo report after every visit and guaranteed rectification: if the standard slips, it is fixed at Oscar White's cost. Standard Office adds a monthly inspection of the floor against its own scope; Daily Office adds a monthly inspection and a documented monthly review. Bands assume a typical professional-services floor of roughly 250–450 m² (about 25–50 desks, as a rough guide), cleaned after hours; after-hours access is inside the price, not a loading on top. Washroom consumables (bin liners, paper and soap) are supplied and billed monthly as used, itemised on the invoice.

Choosing a tier, by client traffic: client visitors once or twice a week suits Light; regular client traffic suits Standard (most professional-services floors); clients in the office every day suits Daily.

Larger floors, small suites, member-facing spaces, gyms and clinical suites sit outside the packages and are quoted after a walkthrough.
