Cleaning here is as much logistics as labour — loading-dock bookings, lift protocols, swipe access and after-hours inductions have to run as routine, because a crew that fumbles the dock window loses the night.

The waterfront adds its own workload. Entry glass, balustrades and low-level facades carry wind-blown grime faster than grid-street buildings, and the high glass ratios of newer towers mean internal partitions and meeting-room glass are a standing line item, not an occasional extra. Most floors are large, single-tenant and building-managed, with the presentation bar set by the lobby rather than the tenant.
