How requests work
Scheduled work runs to the documented plan. Ad-hoc requests are logged, quoted where they fall outside scope, and usually actioned same day. You always know what was done, when and by whom, because the report says so.

Quoted on scope after a walkthrough, against a written scope and a minimum engagement. We do not quote periodic work by the hour over the phone.
Facility maintenance is priced as a scoped monthly retainer built at the site walkthrough: task frequencies, consumables coverage, grounds and periodic work itemised line by line, and converted to one fixed monthly figure against a written scope.
Ad-hoc and repair work outside the retainer is quoted before it starts — no discovered-on-invoice extras.
